مرکز با بهرهگیری از اصول علمی و مدیریتی روز، فناوریهای نوین و رویکردهای راهبردی، خدمات گسترده و همهجانبهای ارائه میدهد:
-طراحی و استقرار نظامهای مدیریتی و راهبردی برای همسویی سازمانها و تعاونیها
-آموزش و توانمندسازی مدیران و کارکنان با تمرکز بر توسعه مهارتها و شایستگیها
-توسعه سامانهها و فناوریهای هوشمند برای مدیریت دادهها و اطلاعات
-تأمین منابع انسانی و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین کالا و خدمات در سطح ملی

The Strategic Planning Center of Iranian Employees was established with the mission of creating an integrated and efficient system —
a nationwide platform for developing, organizing, and enhancing the productivity of all employee cooperatives, companies, and
organizations across the country.
Our goal is to strengthen transparency, coordination, and sustainable value creation for members, retirees, and their families so that
Iran’s employee network can operate efficiently and cohesively at both national and provincial levels.
By leveraging scientific and managerial principles, modern technologies, and strategic methods, the Center provides a wide range of
comprehensive services, including:
Design and implementation of management and strategic systems to align organizations and cooperatives
Training and capacity building for managers and employees, focusing on skill and competency development
Development of intelligent systems and technologies for data and information management
Human resource provision and national supply chain management for goods and services
Investment and participation in national and regional projects to improve productivity and create added value
Provision of welfare, cultural, sports, and consulting services for employee networks and their members
